This being the highest possible count of this species, though possibly just five were seen on several occasions. A pair of Reed Bunting, three Yellowhammer, 60+ Linnet and just nine Skylark also being on site, as were further unmentionable birds.

First noted at this time, with birds in song from 08:15. Up to 30 birds noted between Sheep Down and the Bury Down car park by 09:15; at least seven in song.
