For the 28th succesive year we have had a cuckoo in and around the garden.Amazing considering the building going on.One arrived 20/4/11. These 2 this morning appeared to be squabbling and chasing each other all over the place. Have found 3 nests on the ground in the garden in the last fortnight is this the cuckoos at work?

Woke me up at 5am, but by the time I'd got up, it had moved on. A short walk in pursuit threw up only a wren, chiffchaff, chaffinch,greenfinch and 20 wood piegeons + a crow and rook rading people's refuse bags.
