| 14:40 | One heard clearly in song whilst I was stood on Friends Bridge. Located flock of feeding crests in the nearest edge of the woodland adjacent to lake. Two very bright birds behaving (and calling) as I would expect for firecrest and feeding more openly than goldcrests but NB I did not see any clinching details i.e seen entirely from below in bad light. So second bird is tenuous! Did not relocate in half an hour searching afterwards. | |||
