20:30	Perched on buoy, very reluctant to fly despite 3 Hobbies hawking low over the water and 40+ Common Terns very active. Good comparison with nearby perched Common Tern showing much shorter legs and bill of Arctic.

11:15	Seen circling together over islands and rising higher in tight group then drifted NE at 11:21hrs. Checked Moatlands where 22 Common tern.
