I have previously been charging a £10 annual fee for the SMS bird news alerts service. However, I'm now able to offer the service on a "pay as you go" basis whereby you will only have to pay for the messages you receive. Remember, Orange will be withdrawing their email to SMS service for non-Orange customers next month. If you are not an Orange customer and you currently use an orange.net email address for receiving bird news on your mobile phone my SMS bird news service provides an alternative (and better) means of getting bird news in the field. You have to purchase "message credits" in batches of 100 so you can try it out for just �10.
