Access to Queen Mother Reservoir

In their most recent newsletter the Berkshire Ornithological Club announced that they hope to soon be able to offer "exclusive access to the whole of the rim of Queen Mother Reservoir".
At present access to Queen Mother Reservoir is by virtue of a Thames Water Birdwatching Permit but this limits access to the Sailing Club carpark only. Thames Water are discussing a license to the club to issue permits and keys for the rim pathway to members only. This is very exciting news! I'll keep you posted when I hear any more.
